It takes a long time to build your company, and longer to create the kind of long-term success you’re looking for. Start with these strategies now. Here are some of the factors that contribute to business success:

- Good communication – a good business decision is no good if the managers and workers are still doing the wrong thing. Good communication unites managers and workers altogether.

- Customer Service – customers want to have a meaningful experience that gives them a good reason to return your business
Business that went bankrupt
Toys R Us is on the verge of going through bankruptcy in America at the moment and also in the UK. The reason for that is because they didn’t change their business model.
Toys R Us had a dominant position as the leading toy retailer in the world for years. The problem is they didn’t adapt, and made a few stupid moves along the way. One of those big mistakes that they made was not thinking that online was going to be big.
When they launched online, they gave their online fulfillment to Amazon. Amazon ran their online enterprise for Toys R Us. This meant that Amazon became the place to buy toys, not Toys R Us online, which was a really stupid move.
So what happens when you go into Toys R Us is you see the same toys that you see on Amazon. They’re no different, they didn’t get any unique products or services in there. You just come to Toys R Us. It’s just toys stacked up to the ceiling.
For that reason that business isn’t gonna succeed anymore. Which is why they’re at a point that they’re looking to close the stores.
So the message for your business from this is that you need to look at evolving your business over time. You’ve got to be online, you’ve got to be seen online and heard online. Make it accessible for your customers to buy your products and services online. Don’t be the next Toys R Us.
